What we deliver
Microsoft 365 is more than email. Done well, it’s the operating layer of a modern business — Teams for communication, SharePoint for documents and process, Entra ID for identity, Defender for security. Done poorly, it’s a sprawl of expensive licenses and unused features.
We’ve been deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 since the Office 365 days. Our role is to right-size your plan, configure the environment to actual security baselines (not defaults), and stay on as the team you call when something breaks or a new feature needs evaluating.
Where we typically start
Most engagements begin with a 2–4 week tenant assessment:
- License audit — are you paying for E5 features you’ll never use, or under-licensed for what you’re already doing?
- Security posture — MFA enforcement, conditional access policies, sharing controls, DLP
- Backup and retention — Microsoft’s native retention is not a backup; we’ll tell you straight
- Adoption gaps — which licensed features are sitting idle because nobody was trained
You get a written report with prioritized recommendations and a fixed-fee proposal for the work. No surprise scope creep.
Common engagements
Email migration. We’ve moved hundreds of mailboxes from Google Workspace, on-prem Exchange, hosted Exchange, and IMAP into Exchange Online — including the painful edge cases (shared mailboxes, public folders, distribution groups, MX cutover with zero downtime).
SharePoint and Teams rollout. This is where most M365 deployments quietly fail. We design the information architecture before anyone starts creating sites, set permission inheritance correctly, and train your team so it doesn’t become another file dumping ground.
Ongoing support. Our support agreements give you a discounted hourly bucket with a guaranteed response time. Predictable, transparent, no per-ticket gotchas.
