What we deliver
Managed IT is what a support agreement grows into when your business needs more than reactive help. You want someone watching the environment, applying patches on a schedule, reviewing the security posture every quarter, and sitting with you when an audit shows up.
Our managed services are Microsoft-stack focused: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, Entra ID. We’re not a generalist MSP trying to support every tool ever sold. The narrower focus means we know the products deeply and can fix things others would need to escalate.
How it works
Onboarding. A 4 to 6 week assessment and remediation phase before steady-state operations begin. We document the environment, fix the obvious gaps, and agree on the SLAs we’ll be measured against.
Steady state. Tier 1 to 3 support, monitoring, patching, identity reviews, backup verification, and the small ongoing improvements that keep an environment healthy.
Quarterly business reviews. Not a sales pitch. A look at what broke, what got better, what’s coming up, and where the next investment makes sense.
What’s included by default
- 24×7 monitoring of Microsoft 365 service health and Azure resources
- Patch management for Windows endpoints and servers
- Quarterly security posture review with written findings
- Quarterly backup recovery test
- Annual disaster recovery exercise
- Vendor management for the SaaS, ISP, and hardware providers in your stack
What sits outside
We don’t try to be the only IT vendor in the building. If you have specialists for an ERP system, a line-of-business app, or a niche industry tool, we coordinate with them rather than pretending we cover their work.
